Inspired by uncurling fern frond.
Represents peace, tranquility, personal growth, positive change and awakening, new life and harmony.
Heru were traditionally used by menfolk to fasten their long hair, which was oiles and sometimes braided, up into topknots and often augmented with bird feathers.
Heru indicated the rank of the wearer, and were usually carved from wood or whale bone.
